When you opt in to the Advanced Medical Centers text messaging program, you will receive SMS text messages with appointment reminders and related notifications about your appointments at the mobile number you provide. This program sends informational messages only; it does not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
